Confident in sake lineup
We regularly procure and offer “Kirinzan”, “Sharaku” and “Abe”, which are rarely served in Tokyo. Please ask the staffs who are familiar with liquors.
Rice
We carefully select only the rice that is particularly suitable for sushi from ones grown, harvested and polished by relatives’ farmers in Mooka City, Tochigi Prefecture. We receive such rice from relatives’ farmers directly. Mooka City is also famous for the old-fashioned steam locomotives that are loved by train enthusiasts. Carefully selected rice is a gift from farmers.
Carefully selected fresh fish
Using the carefully selected seafood procured on the day, we offer dishes that make the best use of the ingredients’ natural taste. Also we offer seasonal courses that use plenty of seafood. Please enjoy the seasonal tastes with delicious liquors.
Carefully selected liquors
We offer carefully selected liquors such as sake, shochu, and wine. There is a liquor store next door, so we can offer a wide variety of liquors. Also, to meet cutomers’ request, we offer champagne, wine, and etc. to customers’ heart content. We would like customers to enjoy dining place and time with “Japanese spirit” and “hospitality”, not just as a place to eat. Please enjoy liquors and foods in the Japanese atmosphere of the Showa era.
